Where are you located?
We are located in the United States and based out of Ohio, but we unfortunately do not have a physical store location open to the public at this time. Many of the videos you see on our social media pages are taken at my home, where I have a collection of nearly 500 musical clocks. It has been a childhood dream of mine to open my own museum and store, so I hope I can make it happen someday. Stay tuned to our social media pages for updates, and thank you for your interest!
Do you ship outside of the USA?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. Additionally, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or non-contiguous US states. Thank you for your interest.
Do you offer a warranty on your clocks?
All of our new clocks (Seiko, Kit-Cat, and Hermle) have warranties from their respective manufacturers, but for those that don't, we offer a limited warranty! We stand by the quality of these timepieces.
Limited 90-Day Warranty on Pre-Owned & New-Old-Stock Clocks: Purchasing from online auctions and marketplaces on platforms such as eBay can be extremely risky, as many sellers don't care or have the knowledge or resources to offer post-purchase support. We are proud to be the only online dealer that offers a 90-day limited warranty on all pre-owned and new-old-stock clocks we have available.
Limited One-Year Warranty on New Rhythm Clocks: RHYTHM USA, Inc. has ceased operations as of January 1, 2025. This means that no new Rhythm clocks will be shipped to North America. All warranties are now void, but Timeless Moments will be honoring Rhythm's original one-year warranty on all new Rhythm clocks purchased from our shop.
Do you repair clocks or sell parts?
Unfortunately, we are not accepting new repairs at this time. Please visit our troubleshooting page for some of the most frequently-asked questions and our resources page for downloads of most instruction manuals, as these will be able to solve most problems you might be having.
If your clock does need repaired, we recommend reaching out to our friends at either Champ's Clock Shop or Clockworks 615 as they may be able to assist you.
Additionally, we do not sell parts in any capacity. Many of the internal components (such as motors, speakers, and switches) can be replaced with generic parts found online.
Can I request custom music on a clock?
Unfortunately, it is impossible to make custom music for these clocks. They come pre-loaded with up to 45 total melodies that cycle through each hour. Most modern day musical clocks also have selectable genre playlists of music you can choose between.
If there’s a specific song you’re searching for, you can visit the musical clocks page and search by melody under the “filter and sort” menu. You can also use the search feature, but be sure to use quotations when searching the song name to get exact results (ex. "Unchained Melody", not Unchained Melody).
