Rhythm USA has officially ceased operations, meaning that their warranties are now voided. Timeless Moments will be honoring their original one-year warranty on new Rhythm clocks purchased from our shop. Please keep your packing slip or digital receipt with your order number for future reference, as you will need this information in order to receive warranty coverage on your new Rhythm clock.

We do not warrant Rhythm clocks sold by other dealers. We do however offer repair services, visit our dedicated repairs page for more information.

Rhythm's Limited One Year Warranty

This limited warranty is valid only for customers who have purchased new Rhythm clocks from Timeless Moments. This limited warranty does not apply to pre-owned Rhythm clocks or new Rhythm clocks purchased from other dealers.

We warrant only to the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and care for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Our obligation under this limited warranty shall be limited to repairing the product or, at our option, replacing it with a comparable reconditioned product.

This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear. This warranty does not apply to battery-related issues, such as battery leakage or corrosion. Change the batteries in your clocks every 12 months at minimum.

This limited warranty does not include shipping costs; you will be responsible for shipping to and from our shop. If needed, repairs will be completed within a period of time determined by us and the product will be returned.

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement described above. This limited warranty is extended to the purchaser in lieu of all other remedies, including incidental and consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or for the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

• Issue with clock (ex. music stopped playing)
• Proof of purchase (ex. photo of your packing slip)
• Your full name and address
• Name and/or model number of the clock
This information must also be included in the box with the clock when it is shipped to us.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Applicable in the U.S.A. only. Failure to follow the above terms may void your warranty.
