Seiko QXM124GRH "Music Disc Figurines" Melodies in Motion Musical Moving Wall Clock with Popular Music

The elegant QXM124GRH is a great example of the distinctive aesthetic of Seiko’s early Melodies in Motion clocks. This was the American version of the RE528S from Seiko’s “Diskdream” series, in which each clock features a faux disc music box theme with little figurines that appear to be controlling the music player. It was an earlier addition to Seiko’s Melodies in Motion series, featuring various popular melodies that aren’t available on any clocks made today, such as “Moon River” and “Memory”. Every hour on the hour or when the demonstration button is pressed, the music box disc moves into position while the two automaton figurines “play” one of 6 popular melodies in Seiko’s Hi-Fi sound. When the song is over, the disc moves back into place.

Notes: This clock is in amazing used condition with very minimal imperfections. There are some marks on the outer plastic, but they aren't too noticeable since the case is such a dark color. It works and sounds beautifully, watch the video for a demonstration and feel free to ask any questions! The mechanism will be locked via the switch on the back to prevent any damage during transport.
